Once your home goes under contract, our “real” job begins!  Going under contract is just the first step toward getting to the closing table.  There are many things to stay on top of including the buyer’s financing, building inspections, appraisal and title work.  We will be in close contact with you providing personal service throughout the process to be sure that all deadlines are met, all outstanding issues are addressed and you are kept up to date on our progress.
